Task Management
With the TMS | GA module, users can create task lists directly from approved risk assessments (RA). These can be used to derive so-called RA tasks – either from occupational health and safety measures or other RA measures.
The tasks can have different focuses:

Implementation tasks (e.g. attaching an information sign)

Control tasks (e.g. checking existing safety measures

Combined tasks (implementation and control in one step)
The module supports both one-off tasks and recurring measures. This allows you to document one-off installations or reliably plan and track regular occupational safety measures such as safety inspections.
Time specifications can be set for each task. If deadlines are exceeded, status changes occur or new tasks arise, the responsible employees receive automatic email notifications.
The task module perfectly complements the TMS | GB risk assessment module and the Web Explorer, ensuring transparent, efficient implementation and control of all occupational safety measures.
